Committee Information

The BTW HOA Committees are the lifeblood heart of a well functioning HOA.  Committee members drive community involvement and togetherness and simply get things done for our subdivision.  Over time, our committees have suffered from a lack of participation.  Over the years, its been the same residents that have sustained these committees and its time that more of us came out to support our wonderful neighborhood and contribute to something bigger than themselves.  Volunteering for a committee can take as little as one or two hours a week of your time.  If even a quarter of BTW residents (~160) contributed consistently to our committee, we would be able to easily achieve an even greater level of safety, security, wellness and overall neighborhood satisfaction.

The BTW Vice president, Matt Caruso is spearheading an effort to reinvigorate all the committees and get more of our residents to take part and join a team.  Please contact him here to step up and volunteer.

Our Standing Committees and Leads

Social Committee/Chairperson is Mrs. Nicole Cartman
The Social Committee is looking for more volunteers to help plan, organize and hold social activities for Bent Tree West HOA Members and Residents.  If interested in serving on the Social Committee, please email her here for more information.

Membership Committee/Chairperson is Mrs Linda Taylor
The membership committee is responsible to inform, educate members on the value of paying annual HOA dues.  This team drives awareness on who we are and why its important to support the HOA and neighborhood.   The committee will periodically sponsor and execute membership drives throughout the year to increase membership which provides resources to our subdivision.  If interest in helping out, please email Linda here.

Welcoming Committee/Chairperson is Matt Caruso Email
CoChair is Karen Poupolo
The welcoming committee volunteers are the first people to reach out to new residents on behalf of the HOA.  They make a great first impression and ensure that new residents have contacts and information that helps them integrate into the subdivision and get to know neighbors.   We do this each month. Each quarter this committee and the social committee host a newcomers social.    This team also follows up with new residents every few weeks to ensure they are doing well and to see if any further assistance is needed.

Communications Committee/Chairperson is Randy Brandt
The Communications Committee is looking for HOA members who are interested in helping manage two way communications between the Board and it's members.  We are looking for people interested in managing our website, helping with email communications and the Newsgram, and improving the way the HOA communicates with its residents and members.  If you want to work with the Communications Team, please email them here.
