Help cover the cost of maintaining our great neighborhood!
Our Treasurer,
Vanessa Myers, has prepared an analysis of our expenses for 2009:

64 % - Landscape: maintenance, repairs, & rehabilitation.
Includes mowing common areas (perimeter and entrances), placing color
at entrances, replacing damaged plants, sprinkler system repair

19% - Utilities: electricity for entrance lights,
water for landscaping

12% - Printing: covers Directory and quarterly Newsletters
-
7% - Postage: costs of mailing Directory, Invoices
and Newsletters [quarterly newsletters are now mailed only to residents
who specifically request a hard copy, otherwise residents receive newsletters
via e-mail] To send us your email, contact the BTWHOA board - BTWHOA

5% - Communications & social
activities
-
3% - Administration
-
3% - Meeting and Promotions: refreshments
at annual meeting and other open meetings for neighborhood. Co-sponsorship
of the Fourth of July events and Swim & Tennis Club Administration
- website costs, signs, Crime Alert and HOA general information voice
mailboxes, PO Box rental, misc. supplies, and the cost of filing
tax returns

2% - VIP support & misc
