WELCOME TO OUR BENT TREE WEST COMMUNITY!
Bent Tree West (BTW) is a community of 670 homes "far
north" in the City of Dallas. Its school-aged children
are served by the Plano Independent School District. The 
neighborhood
lies in the southwestern corner of Collin County and is bordered by The
Dallas North Tollway on the east, by Trinity Mills Road on the south,
by Midway Road on the west, and by Frankford Road on the north. In Dallas
area "Mapsco," it's located on page 4, sections "F,"
"G," "K," and "L."
The May 2001 issue of "D" Magazine listed the Bent Tree area as one of the 4 or 5 most desirable in the city, and indicated that home values in the area are growing at a far above average rate. Homes range from the mid $200,000 to over $800,000 in price.
